At Do More Ag, Kaitlyn leads partnership development and supports national mental-health initiatives within agriculture. She builds meaningful relationships, coordinates programs, and works with industry leaders to expand mental-health literacy and support for producers across Canada.

Kaitlyn supports POGA’s communications and marketing strategy, helping connect growers, researchers, and industry partners. She manages content, digital outreach, and event communications, amplifying the voice of Western Canada’s oat sector.

As Executive Director of YBID, Kaitlyn leads downtown revitalization efforts, strategic projects, and business engagement initiatives that strengthen Yorkton’s core.
