Entrepreneurial spirit runs deep in my roots. Growing up on a Saskatchewan farm, I learned early what it means to work hard, think creatively, and contribute to something bigger than yourself. My first business was selling beetniks at the local market, and by 18, I was running my own Mary Kay business - a natural extension of my passion for entrepreneurship and connecting with people.
After completing my university degree and gaining experience in agriculture, business development, and leadership, I saw a growing need for hands-on, practical support within the organizations that keep rural communities strong. Many had incredible ideas and meaningful goals but lacked the time or internal capacity to move them forward. That realization inspired me to launch Kitzan Strategic Solutions in 2023.
